This is just to let you know that the Taunton Hash House Harriers (TH3) will be holding a fun run that will pass near to your house on:

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Between 20-40 people will be running, jogging or walking through your area. They may be calling navigation signals to one another as they go.  The route will involve a mixture of public footpaths and road. It will normally be pre-marked using blobs, circles and crosses of domestic wheat flour. We would be obliged if these were left undisturbed until after the run, the flour then disperses naturally. Where private land is to be crossed, we will have obtained the permission of the relevant owners.

WHO ARE WE?

Hash House Harriers style of running and socialising is enjoyed World-wide. It was started by British people in the 1930's.

TH3 are local people who run weekly in Somerset throughout the year. The club has been established for 21 years.

WILL WE DISTURB YOU?

You may rest assured that it is normal for TH3 runners to:

• respect residents, the countryside, farm and domestic animals
  
• leave no litter
  
• close gates after use wherever possible to minimise any disturbance
  
• walk or jog slowly when their route passes through any fields where animals are grazing
  
• respond positively to any reasonable concerns of residents
